Is there FREE help available if I need to talk!

Answer is Yes at removingchains.org

I have partnered wit Blair Corbett, Founder, of Ark of Hope For Children, Inc. and http://www.removingchains.org/ to spread the word that there is help out there for all of us.

It just takes the first step to reach out and to break your silence.  Maybe breaking your silence this way first will build your confidence before you can go in front of a counselor or perhaps you don't have insurance but need help to talk it out.  This service is FREE!

It is confidential and screen names are used.

If you need support with PTSD, depression, bullying, grief and more there is help.  Removingchains.org is here for you.  It gives you the opportunity to talk to a peer who understands what you are going through 24/7.  There are live chat rooms for each subject.

Try it today!  I have been a peer in these chat rooms. It really does make a difference on the nights you need to talk to someone, when you are unable to talk to your family.  I myself have helped many teenagers work through depression, bullying and PTSD symptoms.

Thank you so much Blair for bringing such a needed resource to people all over the world!
